Breckenridge is ready to serve

Guess what? It’s election time! No really, it is. You know it is because of all the endorsement letters being submitted. So, is this yet another endorsement letter you ask? Of course!

This is a letter in support of Wes Breckenridge. Wes is a native of District 29 who is ready to serve its citizens. Although, that is what he has done most of his life. He has been a Newton police officer for 23 years, including being an SRO, and is active in community groups like Newton Says No to Human Trafficking. So I bet you’re wondering why you should elect him to do what he already does. The answer is easy: because he already serves. His involvement in the community shows the interest and dedication needed by a state representative. Through this participation he has seen the good things happening in the district and desires to see them continue or be expanded. He has also seen what needs fixed and is willing to meet with all parties to find the best solutions.

Was this letter a little silly? Yes, but only in hopes that it might catch your attention instead of being just another letter. In all seriousness, Wes Breckenridge has the leadership, passion, and fortitude to be elected and he already has my vote. I hope he has yours.
