DES MOINES — Iowa vegetable growers competed in the Vegetable Container Display and Vegetable Tray divisions of the Vegetable Crops competition at the 2016 Iowa State Fair.
Dennis Terlouw, of Newton, competed in the Vegetable Trays division of the competition. He earned third place in the Root Crops category and fourth in Fresh Vegetables.
