Holy Trinity Lutheran Church will host a worship service using the contemporary liturgy “Holden Evening Prayer” at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the West Shelter of Maytag Park in Newton.
Last summer, members of Holy Trinity and several members of other community congregations celebrated the 30th anniversary of “Holden Evening Prayer” at Maytag Park.
A fellowship potluck meal will be enjoyed following the service. Table service and beverages will be provided.
Bring a lawn chair and some food to share.
