MANCHESTER — An eastern Iowa judge is accused of throwing a water bottle at her husband and hitting him. Online court records say Judge Stephanie Rattenborg, of Manchester, is charged with domestic assault in Delaware County. Court documents say a sheriff’s deputy responded to a 911 call from Rattenborg’s husband Friday evening. The documents say Randall Rattenborg told the deputy that his wife threw the water bottle at him and began hitting him because she’d learned he was having an affair.
