Safety First

In the days leading up to high school proms, school staff and others make a concerted effort to ensure safety of students. Iowa State Patrol Trooper Doug Cutts, a safety education officer, displayed an open casket and many other traffic and alcohol-related displays to students in the front atrium at Newton High School on Thursday.
