CORALVILLE — A 34-year-old Coralville man accused of knowingly spreading HIV has pleaded not guilty.
Adam Musser entered a written plea in Johnson County Court on Monday. He is charged with five counts of criminal transmission of an infectious disease. Police say Musser had unprotected sex with a woman in May and June and had unprotected sex with another woman in June and July.
