DES MOINES — Amber Wagner, of Prairie City, claimed third place in the frosted cut out cookies class in the Nan’s Nummiest Cookies competition, judged Aug. 13 at the 2015 Iowa State Fair. Entries were judged on flavor, appearance and texture.
Wagner also received second in the no bake dessert with crust category in Tammie’s No Bake Desserts contest. Dessert were judged on taste, appearance, and ease of preparation.
