DES MOINES — FFA exhibitors competed in the Performance Beef Show judged Wednesday prior to the start of the 2015 Iowa State Fair. Entries were open to purebred, grade or crossbred market steers.
Jacob Smith, of Newton, was awarded Top Showman. He was also named Reserve Champion: in the hotel-restaurant beef — window C category.
