Janice Marie Patterson

Janice Marie Patterson, 73, of Newton, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at her home.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, June 1 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. The family will greet friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Monday, June 1 at the funeral home.

Memorials to the Evangelical Free Church in Baxter, or to the Pleasant View United Methodist Church in rural Newton, may be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home. Memorials may also be mailed to the funeral home, please add, Attn: Patterson Family on the envelope.

Those left to honor Janice’s memory are her aunts, Beulah McDaniel of Clarence, Va., Patterson of Newton, and Wanda Larson of Silverton, Ore.; many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, several aunts and uncles.
