SIOUX CITY — Morningside College student Monica Corso, daughter of Larry and Lana Corso, of Newton, recently was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society.
Corso is a graduate of Newton High School.
Alpha Lambda Delta recognizes and encourages academic excellence among first-year college and university students.
Membership in the Morningside chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta is open to full-time freshman women who earn a scholastic average of 3.5 or better in their first year of college.
