IOWA CITY — Allison Jones, of Newton, and Lauren Peters, of Prairie City, have been named to the University of Iowa president’s list for the 2014 fall semester.
In order to be included on the list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 grade point average in all academic subjects for the preceding two semesters, with a total of at least 12 semester hours of credit per semester during that period.
Simpson College
INDIANOLA — Britney Samuelson, of Monroe, was named to the Simpson College president’s list for the fall 2014 semester.
To be named to the President’s List, a student must have a GPA of 4.0.
Southeast Technical
WINONA, Minn. — Nicholas VanGorp, of Newton, has been named to the Minnesota State College Southeast Technical president’s list for fall semester 2014.
To be eligible for this honor, students must complete a minimum of 12 credits at Southeast Technical during an academic term and achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above.
Truman State University KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — Calli Lowry, of Colfax, studying music and Spanish, has been named to the Truman State University fall 2014 president’s list. To qualify for this list, an undergraduate student must attain a semester 3.50-3.99 grade point average and must complete 12 semester hours of credit.
