• Christopher T. Robinson, 27, of Waterloo is charged with third-degree burglary after authorities were called to 1800 W. Fourth St. N. #A8 at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Officers were called on a report of a theft of a TV, Wii game system, laptop and two military duffle bags containing personal belongings. A witness stated she saw a man with brown hair in a ponytail and glasses leave the apartment with those items and put them in a rusty white car. The victims identified who they thought took the items and officers went to 821 S. 13th Ave.. E. #2B. There they saw the white car and observed Robinson. Officers approached Robinson and he admitted to having the items in the apartment and was holding them until the victims repaid a debt owed. The officers found the items in the residence. Robinson said he would give back the items. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
