Hy-Vee to host wine and dine event Wednesday

Chef Dale Miller at the Hy-Vee will host a monthly wine and dine at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hy-Vee Club Room.  

Featured entrees are mini tamale pie, melon soup, pan-fried crab cakes with cream sauce, heirloom tomatoes and grilled corn salad, boneless pork chop, braised greens, turnips and red potatoes, and blackberry-peach cobbler bars with ice cream.
