The Mustangs earned two more wins over the weekend, improving their record to 7-0.

Prairie City-Monroe erased a 2-0 deficit against Colfax-Mingo on June 6 in the bottom of the sixth when freshman Jayci Vos doubled in two runs. The Mustangs scored four more times in the sixth and won, 6-2. Freshman Kayla Jennings pitched the seventh and earned the win for PCM.

The Mustangs also won their only game in a tournament in Bondurant Saturday morning before rain washed out the remainder of the weekend schedule. Jennings earned another win in the circle in a 3-2 victory over Webster City. Abbi Gilson went 2-for-4 at the plate, driving in two runs.
