Chapter K-EN TTT
K-EN T.T.T. held a meeting at 7 p.m., April 8 at the home of Shirley Birkenholz. Shirley Nuzum assisted as co-hostess. Refreshments were served and a program was presented entitled Grandma’s Kitchen by Bev Curtis and Gloria Croce.
The business meeting followed with 12 members present. Rose Evans read the new rules for using fundraising money in the community from the national office. The camp committee reported that two of the three girls have been selected for the camp session this summer on July 27.
The May meeting will be a dinner at the home of Jane Repp. The menu was shared and members are encouraged to bring their ‘step it up’ money for the national project fund to that meeting to be sent in for the year. Remaining cheese balls will be sold for Easter and Mother’s day uses. Jane Johnson and Rose Evans will be taking care of those final sales.
