PC bowling teams compete

NORWALK — Pella Christian’s bowling teams lost to host Norwalk Saturday.

In the girls’ competition, Norwalk scored 2,210 pins to Pella Christian’s 1,773 pins.

Leading the Eagle girls was Anna Burg with a 269 for her two individual games. Holly Milby rolled a 261 and Chanae Van Wyk had a 246.

Norwalk’s boys piled up 2,550 pins and Pella Christian had 1,976 pins.

The top three bowlers for the Eagle boys were Jordan Pleima with a 383, Andrew Veenstra with a 254 and Brandon Roozendaal with a 249.

Pella Christian and Norwalk are at Newton this Saturday.
