Howard Lee Van Wyk, 80, of Prairie City died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at the Prairie City United Methodist Church with burial following at Waveland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at the church. The family will greet friends from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
