Domestic Violence Awareness

A small but vigilant group of citizens attended the Domestic Violence Awareness Month candlelight vigil put on by the Ottumwa Crisis Center and held inside the office of the United Way of Jasper County on Thursday evening. During the vigil, stories of people who lost their lives to domestic violence were read aloud.
