To the editor:
I would personally like to thank everyone who helped with my dad’s (Randy Hammons) benefit Sept. 14.
It was so nice to see the community come together for a good cause. I cannot express how thankful my dad and I are for the love we feel from all of you.
A special thank you to Melissa Jones. She worked very hard to get the benefit perfect. I also would like to thank the local businesses that donated.
Thank you to all the friends who helped and donated food and their time.
