Travelin’ Traffic Ace XVII

Antoinette Taylor of Newton, pictured with Newton Police Officer Curt Brass, is the Newton Police Department’s Travelin’ Traffic Ace XVII drawing winner from the third traffic safety mug distribution. She was observed using safe and courteous driving skills such as driving the speed limit and wearing a seatbelt. As a drawing winner, Antoinette received a package of donated prizes including a family bowling party from Cardinal Lanes, two complimentary passes to the Capitol II Theater, a free Godfather’s large pizza, a $5 Family Video entertainment card, Worth the Weight T-shirt, two free buffets at Pizza Ranch, three free Taco John’s breakfast combo meals, three free Taco John’s combo meals, two free six-inch sandwiches at Subway and two free two-scoop sundaes from Culver’s. The campaign features a travel mug awarded by a police officer who observes drivers displaying safe and courteous driving. The travel mug is refillable with free fountain soda pop provided by local participating businesses. The campaign through August.
