Making a sliding catch in center field for the Newton All Stars is Ben Leal. Leal made two big catches in the first inning of Tuesday's district game at home against Pleasantville. Newton won 13-0 in four innings. Dallas Schelling, Josh Miller and Ryan Barr continue to crank out hits for Newton. Schelling had two doubles and a single while Miller hit two singles and a double and Barr hit two singles. Newton travels to Knoxville tonight for a showdown of Little League team both 4-0 in district play.
