Staying Healthy Active Positive & Energetic Fitness at Seeland Park and St. Francis Manor lives up to its name with the diverse program that Fitness Specialist Kristin Kahn has created. S.H.A.P.E. Fitness is specifically designed for individuals ages 55 and older who wish to increase flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, strength and coordination. Kahn currently teaches 15 classes a week, including low- to high-intensity fitness classes, walking fitness, water aerobics and a choreographed exercise class in which participants learn basic line dancing steps and dances.
