Cardinal seventh-graders take on Little Dutch

The Newton seventh-grade boys basketball team took on Pella Monday afternoon at Berg Middle School in Newton. It was the team’s second game of the season.  Newton’s Garrett Sturtz puts up a shot around multiple Pella defenders in the first half.  Zach Combs puts up a deep jumper just before halftime. The Cardinal seventh- and eighth-graders both will be at home today, hosting Woodward-Granger and Norwalk, respectively.
