Application forms for the St. Nick’s Christmas Club still are available at the Newton YMCA. The deadline for application return has been extended until Sunday.
The “adoption book” — where individuals, families, groups, businesses, social clubs, etc., may “adopt” children of needy Jasper County families — will be available beginning Monday at the Newton Daily News. For more information, call the St. Nick’s Christmas Club Hotline at (641) 840-2682 and leave a message.
