Margaret “Midge” Elizabeth (VandeKieft) Wilson, 89, of Newton, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019, at the Newton Health CareCenter.

Midge’s funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton. The family will greet friends from noon until the time of service Friday, Nov. 22 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Memorials may be left at the funeral home. If you are mailing the memorial to the funeral home please add, Attn: Wilson Family on the envelope.

Midge is survived by her children, James Foreman (Sylvia) of Orange, Calif., Michael Foreman (Pam) of Marshalltown and Deborah Foreman (Jan) of Sun City Center, Fla.; two grandchildren, Richard and Arron; a sister, Dorothy VandeKieft of Pella; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara, Helen and Mary; and a brother, Richard.
