Learn about how Popmoney can simplify your wallet

SPONSORED

Thanks to new technology, banking services are now easier than ever.

Popmoney is a payment service that moves money electronically from one bank account to another.

FNNB Bank offers this type of payment service, allowing its customers to make person-to-person payments via mobile and online banking.

Popmoney moves funds directly from one bank to another bank using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. Unlike other forms of payment like PayPal or Venmo, you don’t have a Popmoney account that holds a balance. The money is always in the sender or recipient’s bank.

Payments can be made to an individual using their email address or mobile number.

With electronic payments, there’s no need request separate checks when you’re out to dinner with friends. One person can cover the bill and get reimbursed electronically without hoping that people will pay you back at a later date.

FNNB Bank’s partnership with Popmoney allows its banking customers to send and receive funds while logged into your account.

Popmoney is simple to use. When someone sends you money, you’ll receive a message by text or email notifying you of this transaction. Claim the funds while you’re logged into your FNNB Bank account.

Make a payment using the FNNB Bank website or mobile app, and provide the necessary information about the recipient, like an email address or mobile phone number.

Unlike a check that includes sensitive account information and a copy of your signature, Popmoney can offer some privacy. You don’t need to share your bank account information with anyone – an email address or phone number will do.

Payments can also be cancelled before they’ve been processed, which can take several business days.

Popmoney is a legitimate payment service, but it’s still important to be aware of your transactions. Be sure that you only access the site through a secure area on the FNNB Bank’s website.

Talk to a personal banker at FNNB Bank for more information.
