Trying to sell your home? There’s an app for that.
Actually, there are a number of apps that can help your smartphone help you sell your home even faster.
The Houzz app, also free, allows you to remodel your home virtually, to help you decide which remodels will get you the most return on your investment when you sell. To help you grab potential buyers’ attention, its more than 10 million photos show you what your kitchen or bath would look like with a remodel or a fresh new color in other rooms that can help make your sale.
Houzz can help you, as the seller, see how appealing your home can look before you put it on the market. The app is a one-stop shop, so to speak, that provides the latest trends and ideas.
The MagicPlan app takes a photo as you walk through your home, mapping ut each room and creating a floor plan for you, according to real estate experts Inman. This allows potential buyers to envision the way they would like your — and potentially their — house to look.
Try the Redfin app, suggests personal finance tech company SmartAsset. With a database of more than 70 million properties, this free app updates listing data every 15 minutes so if you decide to make any changes to your offering, such as adding or changing new photos, they’re recorded pronto.
Another app — 360 Panorama — can come in handy if you want your listing to stand out with panoramic photos to increase buyer foot traffic. You can buy it on iTunes.
