Iowa single-game football tickets available soon

Share on TwitterIOWA CITY (U of I) — A limited supply of single-game tickets to the home games of the 2012 University of Iowa football team will go on sale the week of July 23, with fans of the Hawkeyes who are also members of the National I-Club being provided the first opportunity to make a purchase.
Because of the record-setting demand for season tickets to the seven home games Kirk Ferentz’s squad will play inside historic Kinnick Stadium in 2012, the number of tickets available for purchase on a single-game basis is small in total number. In fact, it is likely that only “singles” — individual seat locations scattered throughout Kinnick — will be available for Iowa’s home games against Iowa State and Minnesota.
The UI Athletics Ticket Office will accept orders for single-game tickets online at hawkeyesports.com beginning at 6 a.m. Orders placed over the phone (1-800 IA-HAWKS) or over the counter at the UI Athletics Ticket Office in Carver-Hawkeye Arena will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
