PELLA — Newton resident Nicole Jensen, a sophomore at Central College and graduate of Newton Senior High School, is serving as a staff member of Central College’s radio station KCUI 89.1 FM.

KCUI hosts a variety of different student-led radio shows.

Central College is a private, co-educational, four-year, residential liberal arts college in Pella offering 38 majors along with pre-professional programs and advising. Central was recognized in the 2010 U.S.News & World Report’s annual rankings of the best liberal arts colleges in the nation.
