Aaron Gunsaulus, a native of Newton, has been hired to be the interim pastor at the Newton Christian Reformed Church.

Gunsaulus and his wife, Cami, were both born and raised in Newton, and they still live here with their six children.

“I am both humbled and excited at the opportunity to serve God’s people and proclaim God’s whole Word — from Genesis to Revelation — in a solid, Bible-believing church in my home town,” Gunsaulus said.

Sunday worship services at the Newton Christian Reformed Church are at 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. For more information, contact Gunsaulus at the church at (641) 792-2162.
