Prairie City Police Department

• Adam G. Draeger, 32, of Pella was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after Prairie City police stopped his vehicle at 11:35 p.m. Thursday for a traffic violation. Draeger was charged for allegedly being intoxicated and transported to the Jasper County Jail.

• Cory J. Lark, 39, of Earlham was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after Prairie City police stopped his vehicle at 12:56 a.m. Sunday for a traffic violation. Lark was charged for allegedly being intoxicated and transported to the Jasper County Jail.

• Amy J. Rose, 30, of Prairie City was charged with two counts of driving while license suspended after Prairie City police stopped her vehicle at 5 a.m. Oct. 22 for a traffic violation and determined her license had been suspended. Rose was released on her own recognizance.

• Terry L. Trenter, 30, of Des Moines was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, after Prairie City police stopped his vehicle at 3:29 a.m. Sunday for a traffic violation. Trenter was charged for allegedly being intoxicated and transported to the Jasper County Jail.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
