Christian School to host dinner
The Newton Christian School will host its annual benefit dinner on Friday, Nov. 13, at 6:30 p.m. at Community Heights Alliance Church Worship Center, which is located at 2500 S. 13th Ave. E. in Newton.
The keynote speaker for this year’s dinner will be Robert E Stouffer, Ph.D. Stouffer is the superintendent of Des Moines Christian School. Entertainment will be provided by the Heartland Youth Chamber Choir.
Dinner is provided by the families of the more than 50 students who are currently attending the Newton Christian School. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the school at (641) 792-1924. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended for placement.
