Raider boys finish 10th at Gilbert Invite

GILBERT — Down a couple of varsity runners, the Collins-Maxwell-Baxter cross country team took 10th at Gilbert on Thursday, scoring 243 points and besting Ogden by seven.

Leading the way for the Raiders was Jacob Ross, who finished 33rd with a time of 19:26.39.

Also finishing in the top 40 was Terry Young as he crossed in 38th with a time of 19:35.83. Dylan DeJong was 43rd and Derek Morrison was 58th.

On the girls side, Katelyn Findlay was 36th with a time of 18:49.72, while Sarah Galbraith was 39th as she crossed in 18:59.31. Kayla Hennick ended up 46th.
