AIB signs articulation agreement with
Southwestern CC

DES MOINES — AIB College of Business and Southwestern Community College in Creston have signed an articulation agreement that will allow students to transition into AIB’s bachelor’s degree completion program starting this fall.

The agreement, effective Sept. 8, provides opportunities for students to further their education by providing SWCC graduates access to AIB’s bachelor of science degree programs in accounting and business administration.

SWCC students will be accepted into AIB’s bachelor’s degree completion program if they meet AIB’s admissions requirement, have earned an associate of arts in accounting, business, management, marketing or sports management, or an associate of science in accounting or business administration, and have completed a minimum of 64 semester hours.
Under this agreement, SWCC graduates who enroll full-time at AIB could earn a bachelor’s degree in 15 to 18 months.

“The articulation agreement with Southwestern Community College will give their graduates the opportunity to transfer their entire associate’s degree into AIB’s bachelor’s degree completion program resulting in these graduates being able to complete their bachelor’s degree in less than two years if they enroll full-time,” said Dr. Susan Cigelman, AIB’s Vice President for Academic Affairs. “This is an exciting opportunity for everyone.”

The weather...
I love it, bring on the snow
I am so sick of winter, bring on the sunshine
I am ready to mow my lawn everyday, if that means no more snow this season
No opinion just dealing with what we are given
