Article:	Larry Norcross Larry Dean Norcross, the son of Russel G. and Gail Elizabeth Palm Norcross, was born Jan. 12, 1962, in Clarinda. Larry moved with his parents to Newton in 1971 and attended Berg Elementary School. He attended Newton Senior High School and graduated with the class of 1980. He attended DMACC and transferred to Central College in Pella, where he graduated in 1991, with a degree in business administration.
