Area games rescheduled from Tuesday rainouts
Six of seven area games were rained out Tuesday night, with the exception of Colfax-Mingo’s softball game at Gilbert getting in after the rainfall.
So far, three of those six games have been rescheduled.
Newton’s baseball game with Pella has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 11, at Eversman Field. The start time will be 7:30 p.m. for varsity.
Lynnville-Sully’s softball game at home against Montezuma has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 30, in Sully.
PCM’s softball game against Roland-Story will be made up Wednesday, July 1. It’ll be a doubleheader with Roland-Story in Monroe.
Three other games are awaiting rescheduled dates — Bondurant-Farrar softball at CMB, South Hamilton baseball at Colfax-Mingo and North Mahaska baseball at Lynnville-Sully.
