Sully Freedom Fest Fun Run to take place July 4

The 14th annual Sully Freedom Fun Run is set and will be in connection with the town’s Fourth of July celebration.

The one mile walk or run begins at 8 a.m. and the 5K run/walk will start around 8:20 a.m. Both races will start and finish on the square in downtown Sully. Entry fee for the one-mile race is $10, while the 5K costs $15 for those registering on or before June 26. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations postmarked before June 19.

Race day fees are $12 for the one mile and $18 for the 5K. Proceeds for this year’s event will go to the Lynnville-Sully cross country team and athletic fund.
