North Skunk floods in Kellogg

The North Skunk River spilled out into Holmdahl Park in Kellogg Monday, a scene of frequent flooding. More than three inches of rain fell on the area over the weekend and Monday. Jasper County will experience a brief dry period now, with more rain expected Wednesday evening and Thursday.
