‘Ticket Out’ slated to film at courthouse

A technical scout crew toured the Jasper County Courthouse on Tuesday afternoon, the first steps toward filming scenes there next month. Disparate Films LLC of Urbandale will be filming in the courthouse’s third floor courtroom on Jan. 10 and perhaps 11, according to a location filming agreement signed by the supervisors during the regular meeting Tuesday. Everyone from executive producers to stunt coordinators, to lighting technicians to cameramen were on hand, examining all aspects of the third floor courtroom, where most of the action for that part of the film will take place.
