Support Ed Fallon

To the Editor: Those Democrats who think that the presidential election will be a cake walk for our party are walking in a dream. John McCain may well be the next president, unless Barack Obama is our candidate. Make no mistake about it, if Hillary Clinton wins the nomination by the super delegate or is able to count the votes from Michigan or Florida which should not count, then a majority of black Democrats and black Independents will stay home on election day. They have been to the well too many times and pulled up little or no water. For this reasoning I have decided to support Ed Fallon In the Third District. in the Democratic Primary. Too many times Congressman Boswell has voted with Bush, and the thought of Boswell teaming up with john McCain turns my stomach. Ed Fallon is a Democrat’s Democrat, and if we send him to congress, regardless who is President we will have some one who is beholding to no special interests because he will not take their money and you can count on him to be fighting for all the people in the Third District who have had no voice for years.
