Sara Louise “Sally” Mateer, 87, of Katy, Texas, formerly of Newton, died Jan. 8, 2020. Sally will be laid to rest with a graveside service at 10 a.m. Jan. 23, 2020, at Newton Union Cemetery. A fellowship time will be from 11 a.m. to noon at Pizza Ranch meeting room in Newton, following the graveside service.
