Leighton State Bank is excited to launch a brand new website. Tailored to be an extension of LSB’s local branches into an online forum, leightonbank.com focuses on convenience for customers and an educational center to help our community grow financially strong.
“When designing the website, it was important that we created an online presence that matched the atmosphere of our physical locations,” said Alie Muller-Heit, Strategic Marketing Leader. “As you will notice on the site, we use photos of our community, customers, and staff. It is imperative that we provide our customers with the same quality of experience whether they choose to bank within our brick and mortar locations or online.”
The goal of the website is to focus on providing a convenient and hassle-free experience. LSB’s new site allows customers to complete a questionnaire to find the LSB account that best suits their needs. Once the account type has been identified, the customer can begin the account opening process online. “At LSB, we are continually trying to improve our customer experience. Some customers enjoy coming into the bank and meeting face to face with our retail staff; others would prefer the option to begin the process online. Expanding our options for account opening allows our customers to be able to bank on their own time,” said Muller-Heit.
An additional service that LSB customers receive in-branch is education. Joel Cornilsen, LSB’s COO, emphasizes the importance of education by stating, “Education continues to be at the center of what we do at LSB. Our new enLEIGHTONment page will be a great new space for us to share our upcoming events, blog posts, and is the place to sign up for our E-Newsletter. Check back for continued updates.”
LSB’s banking experts will use this webpage to provide educational blogs and timely information to help customers grow financially strong.
“It’s exciting to see the growth of Leighton State Bank, and their new website is an excellent example of how LSB is staying on the cutting edge of technology. I am delighted to see the investment LSB is making in the communities it serves. Check it out for yourself today,” said Cyndi Atkins, Leighton State Bank Board Member.
