‘The Funniest Night’ with Todd Oliver comes to Newton

Todd Oliver, comedian, ventriloquist, musician, brings his friend Irving, Todd’s talking dog; and Pops, Miss Lilly and Joey, Todd’s suitcase family, to the stage at 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Newton High School auditorium to perform “The Funniest Night” a hilarious 85 minutes of fun and frolic as part of the current series of concerts provided by the Jasper County Concert Association.

Oliver leads the audience through a range of hilarity from canine conversations with Irving, to the amazing ventriloquism of Todd Oliver featuring Pops, Miss Lilly and Joey. You are in for great laughs, audience participation and a whole lotta fun for you and your family.

Oliver grew up loving dogs, ventriloquism, and rock n’ roll music. As a young boy he studied piano, guitar, voice and ventriloquism. Along the way he created some wooden headed characters, Pops, Miss Lilly and Joey and began performing around the world.
