The Colfax Public Library is bringing magician Tim Stolba to Colfax as part of its Summer Library Program. He will be performing at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Colfax Christian Church in the fellowship hall. Tim has more than three decades of professional experience and resides in Cedar Rapids. He does a great job keeping people of all ages entertained, laughing and in awe of his tricks.
The final summer program will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 26. The Grout Museum from Waterloo, will do a show on sound science. Experience the amazing science of sound as they demonstrate vibration, frequency and the Doppler Effect with singing rods, singing pipes and spouting bowls.
All shows are free to kids and their caregivers and a snack will be provided.
