Jerry Lee Loupee, of Baxter and formerly of Savannah, Ga., passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 in Baxter surrounded by his loving family. Per his wishes no services will be held. Fredregill Funeral & Cremation Care in Baxter has been entrusted with Jerry’s cremation care.
