Newton High’s boys will compete in five events in Class 4A competition at the state track meet starting on Thursday. Headed to Des Moines are, from left, Josh Miravalles, Matthew Karsten, Jeremiah Johnson, Jace Lukefahr, Matthew Yeager, Landon Hansen, Jack Callaghan, Camden Winther and Adam Hunter.
