Junior Achievement program

Fourth grade students at Thomas Jefferson Elementary school recently completed the Junior Achievement program. The class was broken into five sessions and included the topics discovering entrepreneurial traits, regional resources, tracking revenue and expenses, business problem solving and the global supply chain. Pictured are the students of the classrooms of Mrs. Modlin, Mrs. Hyde and Mrs. Verwers. The class was facilitated by Jeff Holschuh of Advantage Credit Union through a partnership with the Newton Development Corporation.
