Patricia Ann Landgrebe

Patricia Ann “Pat” Landgrebe, 76, of Newton, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. There will be a celebration of life at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 12 at the Wittemberg Church in Newton. The family will greet friends during a luncheon following the celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

The daughter of George and Mae Thomas, Pat was born May 26, 1941, in Centerville. She graduated from Centerville High School. On Jan. 3, 1960, she was united in marriage to Don Landgrebe. Pat worked doing customer service for Skiff Hospital, Vernons, Newton Manufacturing and Lauterbachs.

Those left to honor her memory include her beloved husband of 58 years, Don; and four children, Lori (Dave) Daehler, Jim (Angie) Landgrebe, Becky (Scott) McNaul and Kathy (Dave) Hummel; nine grandchildren, Donavan Landgrebe, Cassie (Robbie) McNaul, Katie (Beau) VanSickle, Kourtney (Evan) Klosterboer, Zach (Taylor) McNaul, Kenzi (Nate) Hummel, Troy (Sarah) Daehler, Grant and Kyle Landgrebe; five great-grandchildren, Kayson and Karsyn Klosterboer, Braxton and Bridget Lewis and Audrey McNaul.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers; sisters; and her beloved granddaughter, Alisha Jane Landgrebe.
