National Library Week is April 8-14 and the Prairie City Public Library will be hosting special activities to celebrate:
• Monday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. the library will offer the Marble Run Challenge for elementary aged kids
• A pajama story time and teddy bear sleepover will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10.
• Preschool storytime will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 11.
• An adult craft night stamping clay bowls will start at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 12.
The library is planning an after school movie at 2 p.m. April 18 for the early out from school. Space is limited so those planning to attend are asked to call the library to register.
