Newton Police Department

• Joshua Miller, 38, of Newton, is charged with disorderly conduct after authorities were called at 8:42 p.m. Monday to Skiff Medical Center. Officers were called about a man, identified as Miller, being a problem at the facility due to him yelling, walking out of his room and disrupting work in the emergency room while he was being treated. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Ashley Peercy, 24, Savanha Bendlage, 21, and Elizabeth Lnenicka, 31, all of Newton, were charged following an altercation at 9:51 p.m. Friday at McDonald’s. Officers were called about fight and found the three at the establishment. Peercy is charged with domestic abuse assault for assaulting a 33-year-old male. Bendlage and Lnencika were each charged with disorderly conduct for engaging in fighting behavior during the incident. Peercy was taken to the Jasper County Jail. Bendlage and Lnenicka were cited and released to appear.
